What is the warranty period for your trailers?
  • 5-Year Structural Warranty applies to all brand-new trailers. Please note, this does not cover surface rust, misuse, damage, or improper treatment (T&Cs Apply).

  • 1-Year Limited Warranty covers leaf springs, lights, wiring, jockey wheel, and all other components.

  • Used or Second-hand trailers and parts are not covered under this warranty.

Hot dipped galvanising is a process where the trailer is coated in molten zinc, providing superior corrosion resistance. Hot dipped galvanised trailers are more durable and require minimal maintenance.

The Aggregate Trailer Mass (ATM) is the total weight of the trailer when fully loaded, without being attached to a towing vehicle. You can find the ATM marked on the trailer’s compliance plate or in the registration documentation.

The Trailer Tare Mass is the weight of the trailer itself, without any load. It represents the empty weight of the trailer. You can find the Tare Mass on the trailer’s compliance plate or in the registration documentation.

To find out the maximum loading capacity, subtract the Tare Mass from the ATM, as marked on the trailer’s compliance plate.

  • Measures 3m or less in length, including the drawbar,
  • Is not used for business purposes.

Our trailers are imported and assembled in Australia. They undergo rigorous testing and are designed in accordance with the Australian Design Rules (ADR). Additionally, they are approved and certified under the Road Vehicle Standards Act 2018 (RVSA), supported by testing reports from accredited facilities.

It is important to be aware that products failing to meet ADR standards not only carry quality risks but may also affect your insurance claims.

We can also manufacture Australian Made trailers, both painted and galvanised, based on orders.

A slightly uneven or wobbly floor is normal for galvanised box trailers. This happens during the hot dip galvanising process, where the steel floor is coated in molten zinc to prevent rust and corrosion. The extreme heat (around 450°C) can cause minor expansion and contraction of the steel, sometimes leading to small ripples in the floor.

This does not affect the trailer’s structural integrity, durability, or warranty. It’s purely a cosmetic result of galvanising and is common across all galvanised trailers. You can easily fix this by adding a plywood sheet, rubber mat over the galvanised floor.
